Good Price, Excellent Cover, Proactive and Always Helpful,

I have used Hamilton Fraser landlord cover for over 11 years now and have found them easy to contact, friendly and consistently offering good cover and advice to suit my needs. They go the extra mile in providing information in webinars, emails, downloads etc to keep me up to date with what might need doing (& when) in order to protect and look after the property I let. Their staff are knowledgeable and have aways responded appropriately to any questions I've or advice I've needed. Fortunately, to date, I have not had to make a claim, but I don't doubt that they would be fair should I ever need to. Tops Marks! Thank you. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Good Product, Good Customer Service and Bonus Emails with Invaluable Informationand advice for Landlords

This is a specialist company with a good understanding of the needs of landlords. Before I was actually letting my property they were able to offer insurance and a seamless changeover when I started to let. I found all my phone calls to them to discuss the cover I need friendly and helpful as well as focused and businesslike, and their advice invaluable. I have have remained with them for the past 8 years and the premium has remained reasonable, rising only slightly across the years. I have been fortunate in that to date I have never needed to make a claim, but I havae confidence that if I ever needed to that they would treat the claim fairly and recompense me for any expenditure necessary. In addition to their services as an insurance provider they circulate Newsletters with important information for landlords on a variety of topics germane to landlords and their properties including, for example, reminders re what to check as winter approaches or when a property is left unattended. They are a team of experts with a knowledge of letting and and maintaining properties as well as exppertise in Insurance matters. Reviewed on: 4th July 2019
