Using the better of calculator has helped me show my participants how better off they would be in sustainable employment, and the difference between what they receive on universal credit to PAYE. Doing this helped me achieve job starts for my role and helped other advisors too. Really good tool and helps loads within my role. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
