Unhappy with being told I cannot pay in over the counter

I have a business account which I pay £12 per month to have and recently was told I am not allowed to pay in my cash over the counter from now and have to pay it in the cash machines , I'm annoyed as it more often than not takes a while or eats the notes and then a staff member has to be called to sort it or open the machine . I asked how I can pay coins in and their answer was pay in at the post office . I also have a 123 account along with a credit card . I would like to know what I'm being charged £12 a month for if they are not giving me s service . I'm definitely going to leave and open accounts at another bank .
