First contact with the Society

Gillian Fry was very courteous and professional - a pleasure to deal with. The whole business of opening two accounts was handled efficiently but without any feeling of undue haste. Everything was well explained, noting that I had done some web research so things weren't laboured for the sake of going through a checklist. My only small criticism is that sitting on the public side of the reception desk gave me nowhere to put my feet and knees, meaning a somewhat uncomfortable sideways posture throughout.
