Great customer service.

Great customer service, helped me get my money back when someone didn’t send the goods id paid for. I always use it for new companies as it offers great security. I also use PayPal plus and get points to spend on items to treat myself with. Reviewed on: 11th July 2026

Convenient when buying more expensive items.

I use PayPal credit whenever I make a more expensive purchase as it gives me the freedom to pay in small instalments or to pay later, giving me the choice of paying anytime in that deferred period. I find it very easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Makes me feel safe when shopping online

I use PayPal for absolutely everything because it offers me the security I need particularly when shopping online. I’ve been caught by dodgy dealers and PayPal have always got my money back for me with excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
