Great experiences

Excellent help with getting a refund from a retailer not providing service, quick and responsive. Payments slow and direct debits don't come out on the day it says they will. Otherwise good! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

App is laid out very clearly with lots of tools and information. I know where my money is and how it's growing. I find deposits / transfers a little bit slow to arrive but instant deposits work much better. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
