Supportive and flexible during difficult circumstances

My experience with Oakbrook Advance (formerly Finio Loans) has been positive, particularly during a difficult period where I’ve been unable to work due to ill health. They have been understanding of my situation and have agreed to a reduced payment arrangement of £20 per month, which has taken a lot of pressure off financially. While this means the balance will take longer to clear, the flexibility has made things much more manageable for me. Communication has been clear, and I’ve felt that my circumstances have been taken into account rather than being treated as just another account.
