Positive Switch to Monument

I've always banked with a well known high street bank, and held all my accounts with them, for ease and out of laziness; but wanted to focus on savings and maximising my income this year; so did some research online, with my main requirements good interest rate, good customer service and easy to use. After much research I proceeded with a Monument savings account, it was so easy to set up and use. The communication is great, and I feel my money is safe. My only slightly frustration was the rates reduced quite quickly after switching, still better than my high street account, but would be a good feature to fix for at least 6 months as an incentive!
