Car was in accident Tesco took car away repaired crumple zone they said its not part of the car structure. I asked for full report and costs they sent this but blacked out all the prices as they use FMG for repairs getting them done on the cheap. On the report it said car roadworthy NO but they still drove it off to take it to repair centre. Car has market value of £7000 the repairs came to £3558 would not write the car off as their engineer said car was worth over £10000 oh and they have marked car as cat s write off. Stay clear of Tesco car insurance as they dont know what they are doing and like to hide information. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
