A friendly, cheap car insurance option

I switched to AXA for my car insurance last year, as they offered me a better deal than my previous car insurer. I have had to make one claim, an accident that was not my fault. AXA were helpful and calm on the phone just after the incident, which really helped, and got me a replacement car within the day. Although the claims process took a while to get my money back, they kept me informed along the way, and providing they are cheap at renewal time, I will stay with them. ... Review of the HSBC, Bank Account:

Easy to use and friendly

I have been with HSBC for a number of years. I just have a basic bank account, but I find them so easy to deal with. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I find their online banking to be simple to navigate. Although I don't get a particularly good rate of return, for a day-to-day access account I find HSBC is the easiest to use. Reviewed on: 28th August 2015
