Fantastic app to use for all your banking needs. Just a big shame so many local branches have closed. The banking hubs are good for certain queries but not all. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Have a personal loan from Zopa. Great rates and options. I have a hight borrowing power but the app states I have low disposable income, which is incorrect. I have spoken to customer services about this but these incorrect details have not been updated. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
