Excellent customer service since a hiccup at the outset

Since my account was opened the customer service has been courteous and refreshingly cooperative. The only inconvenience was the "computer says no" attitude pertaining to rectifying a minor discrepancy with my address, which could have been fixed remotely rather than via phone calls and enhanced security checks.
