PayPal and the customer experience

PayPal offer an excellent on-line financial experience that is, to my mind second to none. You can transfer money between friends, take time to pay for goods with no interest for the first month's, pay without handing over your card details to anyone else, ensure your payment is protected if anything goes wrong and they're an advocate for you if something does go wrong.
