I've been saving with Pennine / Northern for years

I've been saving with Pennine / Northern since the Credit Union was originally set up in West Cumbria - it is just the right thing to do both socially and morally. I have no personal requirement to loan money, and are more than happy that my savings are used to help those that do need access to borrow funds. When I retired recently it was a no brainer as to where to invest my tax free lump sum and I'm now getting a fantastic 4.5% rate on my savings. Well done Northern, keep up the good work.
