PayPal is a solid payment platform that gets the job done, but it’s not without its frustrations. On the positive side, it’s widely accepted, easy to set up, and convenient for quick online purchases. The interface is straightforward, and features like buyer protection offer some peace of mind when dealing with unfamiliar sellers. That said, the experience isn’t always smooth. Customer support can feel slow or unhelpful, especially when dealing with account holds or disputes. Fees also add up quickly—particularly for small businesses or anyone receiving international payments. It works, but it doesn’t always feel seamless or transparent. Overall, PayPal is a decent option if you want a familiar, widely supported payment method, but it’s not perfect.
