Reliable but customer support needs improvement

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while now, and overall it’s been a convenient way to manage purchases and spread costs. The application process was straightforward, and I like how easy it is to track payments through the app. The flexibility with repayments and occasional promotional offers can be helpful when used responsibly.
