Bad impact in credit scores

My credit limit is £400, if I buy anything of £200 that takes my credit utization above 50% which credit agencies strongly punish in my score. On one hand PayPal gives me facilities for repayments but on the other easily spoils my credit history most probably affecting credit increases from PayPal. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
