Vey quick efficient service

We had an email the day after claim submitted confirming receipt. I had a telephone call a couple of days later confirming acceptance of claim and asking whether I wanted check or bacs payment. I emailed my bank details and they processed the bacs payment and emailed the claim payment details. I checked the amount taking into account excesses and got paid exactly the right amount.
