It's a bit confusing on the app compared to other banks - things don't process as fast and things don't need to update in real time as accurately. It's hard to find out when you owe money, and the payments are quite delayed in actually coming out my account. There is no clear separation for interest owed and interest free. I think improvements could be made throughout the app to improve transparency Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
