I have been using Zopa for over a year now, I have over 5 family and friends who have joined because the positive feedback I have gave. Nowadays it is difficult to find a reliable bank that has no issues, Zopa is excatly that if I’ve ever had a problem they sort it within a few hours, not day not weeks!! I have made it my priority bank over all the big establishments, maybe there is a few things they can work on such as building more branches across the country but other than that they are almost perfect!
