When we needed them, they were there.

Excellent service. You never know how good an insurance company is until you need to claim. We were delighted that the claims process was efficient and when our beloved Cocker Spaniel needed surgery, that Purely Pets were with us all the way and the reimbursement of the surgery costs came through swiftly.
