Good for savings

Good for savings but app isn’t very user friendly, charged to take money out same day and not always accessible when I need to take money out. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

When I enquired to make a claim I was told that I would have to cover the initial expense myself then claim it back. This doesn’t work if the claim is for thousands of pounds and I can’t afford it. The insurance should cover all expenses in my opinion. Reviewed on: 30th June 2020

Customer experience could be better

Long wait times to speak with someone, waited longer than expected when using chat feature/email to get in touch, never yet had to claim - hoping my premium doesn’t increase too much over the next few years - already higher than I would like. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
