Professional customer service, with the individual touch

Taking out the policy in the first instance was very easy, the web site is clear and precise, when I wished to clarify a policy clause they were helpful and answered me in plain English. Unfortunately we have had to make a claim and this has been handled sympathetically and as per their policy, which has reduced the stress of our dogs illness and elevated the concern over payment.
