Will not use again or recommend to anyone

I thought I had the all singing and dancing policy for my pet, but when I needed to claim, the deductions they take from you is unreasonable. Yes it’s in the small print when you read it but who does!!! Most people will look at value of cover and excess on the policy. I have been left out of pocket by £2000!!!!!!
