Plum for the win!!

I love using Plum, it’s helped me save more than I could have imagined and really helps me budget. I haven’t actually needed to use customer service hence my neutral rating for that. The only constructive feedback I have would be that I wish there was a way to pause or skip the payment when I know for example ahead of Plum what money I’m due into my bank. It thinks I can afford to save so much but I’ll sometimes need to withdraw that money back. I absolutely love all the different saving rules though and you can turn them on and off as you wish.
