Easy to use but could improve support

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while now and it’s been really convenient for spreading the cost of purchases, especially for bigger items. The application process was quick and straightforward, and I like how everything is clearly laid out in the app. That said, customer support can sometimes be slow to respond, which can be frustrating if you have an urgent issue. Overall though, it’s a helpful service and I’d recommend it for managing payments more flexibly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
