I haven’t had any experience with customer service as of yet so I can’t comment on that. There are a few things I wish Paypal would do regarding their app. The app does not reflect payments in and out as soon as it’s made which makes it very difficult to track actual spending in real time. If that’s something that could be worked on, I would appreciate it. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
