If Anyone Deserves Thanks Its You

Been with company for 4 years have 4 animals insured and since being with them I have had 3 large claims. Claims process was easy and they dealt with vets direct. All claims paid out and the premiums yes have gone up to be expected but still reasonable considering the size of the claims. Claims department staff are helpful and polite along with the customer service, who only the other day 07/09 helped me out with an itemised list of all 3 claims. I really cannot fault their compassion and professionalism at such traumatic times and would not consider insuring my animals with any other company. They definitely get our vote. A little bit of heaven

They were there when I needed them when my dog was only a few months old after breaking her toe. Again this year they were there 2 years later after being diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. Could not ask for a better company and staff are so helpful and polite Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
