I am sorry to hear that the interest rate offered did not meet your expectations, particularly given your strong credit history. When customers request a quote with Lendable, we assess hundreds of data points with our partnering credit bureau, TransUnion, to provide a personalised APR. This individualised assessment means that rates are based on a wide variety of financial factors beyond just a credit score, and once an offer is generated, the rate cannot be changed.
