Professional yet caring

I had my previous cats insured with Purely Pets unfortunately they both died within days of each other. Purely Cats helped me by telling me how I could save money on their cremation and I received a really nice email from them saying they were sorry for my loss. I insured my cats with them when they were about 14 years old and they were excellently priced compared to other companies who are not interested in older cats. When I got my new cats there was only one insurance company to go to. I have so much confidence in this company and know they will have my back in a crisis Reviewed on: 11th July 2019
