Paypal are a very good service in general, but their customer service is exemplary. I had an issue with a supplier that sent me inadequate goods and then tried to get out of refunding me the money I had spent. Luckily, I used Paypal to purchase the item and Paypal help secure my full refund in quick time. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
