It’s a great easy to use app for someone around my age and with my level of financial literacy - I’m in my late 20s and also use a S&S ISA and LISA and am comfortable with financial concepts and online banking. I couldn’t in good conscience recommend it to someone of my parent’s generation they struggle without a physical branch or native English speakers available on a phone line without being pawed off to an AI agent. For what it is it’s handy, offers me good rates and an easy to understand user interface that I trust is backed by the FCS. The set up, security and transfers have all been straightforward and quick so no complaints there Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
