Fantastic care and assurance when we needed it

Our much beloved dog Bruno had to undergo emergency spinal surgery last weekend as he was paralysed from a herniated disc. The team at Purely Pets were fantastic when we called on Saturday morning in a panic - very calm and helpful about the process and then liaised directly with the specialist referral centre to authorise direct settlement so we didn’t have to worry about a huge bill at times of enormous stress. I would thoroughly recommend them to any pet owners and I am delighted to nominate them for this award. Reviewed on: 13th July 2019
