Failed account payment

I was having troubles paying my account with my card, hot lots of failed payments and i called customer services. The call handler kindly asked if i had linked that particular card to my account, only to realise i had not. The call handler sorted everything out and now i dont have problem paying my account online. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
