Overall good customer experience with Paypal Credit

I have found that using Paypal Credit has been easy experience where I can manage my spending and paying back what I owe through an achieveable step-by-step process. I would not have been able to buy some of the products without Paypal Credit. I did have one negative experience when I first started using Paypal 3-4 years ago. I bought a product and wanted to pay it back monthly but Paypal Credit rejected my payment and then I tried to pay it again and it was rejected again. I then got a phone call asking me why I have lapsed over my monthly payment. I have not had any negative experiences since. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
