a different type of bank

although this is a basic account, I find the service is second to none, and going to my local branch (wymondham) the staff are amazing and should be proud of themselves, the call centre is always very helpful and quick to answer and the phone app seems to have more features than any other, and I have accounts with a few others so have made comparisons. i recommend NatWest to anyone looking for a personable and reliable bank. There when you need them most

forget advertising, this company is there when you need them most, I got stuck in the middle of nowhere and phoned direct from the app they came to my aid within the hour, which sounds bad, but it was near Christmas and freezing weather, it was also 3am. the lady on the phone was very polite and the whole experience was easy.
