Value of a good insurance company

I was moved to Purely Pets Insurance by my previous company when they withdrew from the pet insurance market and it has been a very positive move. The customer service via telephone is excellent, and their claim process is easy. I feel confident that my dog will be well looked after by this company. Reviewed on: 15th July 2019
