Freindly helpful staff

Every time I have spoken with a advisor they have been so helpful and patent, talked me through what I need to do and helped me understand some bits and get round some problems I had. They seemed more then happy to help and so polite and friendly on the phone. The response time to emails and phone calls is a matter of hours wich I think is very good.
