Frustrating customer service experience.

Frustrating customer service experience. When things work, PayPal is fine. But if you actually need help with an issue, expect long waits and scripted replies that don't answer your question. Their 'message centre' takes days to respond, and phoning them means navigating endless automated menus before you even speak to a human. Most agents seem unable or unwilling to do anything beyond reading from a script. It's not that they're terrible, it's just that getting a real problem solved feels unnecessarily difficult. Simple, stress-free, and I'd recommend it to anyone

I've honestly really enjoyed using Moneybox. It's super easy to use and feels like it was actually designed with customers in mind. The app guides you through everything without any confusing jargon, and setting up my Lifetime ISA took minutes. I love how it shows my government bonus clearly, and the round-ups feature makes saving feel effortless. Whenever I've had a question, their customer service has been friendly and quick to help.
