Incredible help & support, I never knew existed!

The help and support that I received during an incredibly low, difficult and desperate time was incredible. I never knew that they could help so much. If there is one thing I can suggest is, call them! They will review your debt, your outgoings and look at combining everything into one manageable payment. I cannot describe the relief I felt, whilst I have a long way to go, I am in a happier place with thanks to StepChange, no charges, all your money goes straight to your creditors. Disconnected calls with Advisors...

I had a number of calls with advisors that were disconnected midway through the call. speaking to a human rather than a bot takes time to get through, and it’s disappointing when disconnected to have to start the process again. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
