Shocking

It is Interesting to see that the people that gave 5 star reviews haven't actually had to make a claim. Yes they are cheap, but then so is putting your money in a money box and paying for a repair yourself, which is what I'd recommend you do instead! The service has been nothing less than shocking from beginning to end. 6 weeks to make a claim, then a refurbished phone sent out...that broke within a day! Then another week to get a replacement and that was after a big fight with them...Oh, that's why they are called Row, because you have to have a row for them to actually get them to pay out when you need to claim! Anyway after another 'row' over screen protectors I have just got my latest phone bill and discovered that all the calls I had to make to them to get them have cost me over £25 as their number is premium rate!
