Stress free and great customer service

I have recently processed a claim for my 18 month old lab and it was such a worry at first. Having never processed a claim for a pet before it was a little daunting and I was nervous about what to do. After my first telephone call and completing all the relevant paper work all my worries were gone. Great staff and limited contact needed, it’s all done for you with no hassle.
