I have used Hinckley and Rugby building society in Nuneaton since i opened my first ever account there.Always lovely,efficient service,always offer a friendly smile and conversation.Always feel my account is much safer than in other places.Always quick to sort any issues out.And Diane is definitely the cheeky employee,who always makes me welcome and smile.
