WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

Problem with the telematics, cancelled my insurance, charged me exorbitant fees, rude unhelpful customer service, who are arrogant & refuse to listen n insist on speaking over you. A terrible costly experience. Wish I had read the 1* reviews before choosing this company - interesting how the 1* reviews have increased by 50% in the past month - tells you all you need to know - my advice would be to stay well clear of this company and if like me you fell for this awful company and the pitfalls - GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN !
