I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while and it’s good

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while and it’s been helpful for spreading the cost of purchases, especially with the promotional interest-free periods. It’s quick to set up and easy to use at checkout, which makes it convenient when you don’t want to pay everything upfront. However, it’s also very easy to rely on it too much. If you’re not careful, the balance can build up quickly and the interest rates after the promotional period are quite high. The app does show what you owe, but I think it could be clearer about deadlines and repayments. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re disciplined and keep track of payments, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who struggles with budgeting or impulse spending. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
