UTB Cash ISA Rate Poor for 2026-20027

My experience for my UTB Cash ISA 2025-2026 was seamless but for this financial year the UTB % rate is poor and I find communicating with UCB quite difficult as to my ISA options - I want to speak to a "real person" not AI. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
