Disappointing PayPal support

Generally good, but did not support my claim appropriately when I was sent products that did not look like or have the quality advertised resulting in me loosing over a £100 as well as a great deal of energy and time all for nothing. The fraudulent supplier were able to steal from me with paypals blessing. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

All evidence provided but still ripped off by seller

I had clearly been ripped off by a seller but PayPal, despite me providing the evidence, failed to obtain a refund. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
