20 years with PayPal, and it just gets better

I've been with PayPal for over 20 years now, and over that time they've gone from strength to strength. From simply processing payment, to pay in 3, and now I have a credit card and a PayPal debit card! Recently , i had a problem with an online purchase. Despite the seller doing their best to keep my money, PayPal stepped in, and after doing their due diligence, not only got me a refund but they covered the return postage to China! I can't fault them. PayPal is now my go-to for online purchases. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Reasonable, friendly and understanding

We've been with these guys for 3 years now. My wife and I both have health issues, but year on year we've got the friendliest response and the best price from Travel Insurance 4 Medical. We are due to renew about now, but as we aren't planning to do any travelling for several months we've decided to postpone; no point paying for travel insurance until you're ready to travel, right? When we are ready, we won't even bother shopping around this time. We'll just call TIM4U and renew, and we even get a 10% renewal discount! Reviewed on: 20th July 2019
