I have a been a customer for a couple of years slowly getting there with my finances but know I can get help and support whenever I need it. Support I could not do without

It was really scary entering a dmp for the first time I felt quite ashamed that things had got so unmanageable. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, understanding and very knowledgable. The process was clear and all of the stress taken away from myself as the team at pay plan did everything for me. I have still had difficulties during the pandemic and am still not quite back on track but have been supported 100% throughout Hoping to be able to get my dmp paid off as early as possible but feel supported and know I can get in touch and get a quick clear response to anything relating to my finances. Great service simple process
