Saga health and Bupa partnership

Saga health is provided by bupa.This is not really made clear on taking out the policy. You end up dealing with Bupa directly in order to process claims in an acceptable timescale. Going via Saga added further waiting time and frustration in getting claims accepted and processed. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Supportive relationship with clients

Always helpful in sorting out purchases that have turned out badly, either poor quality, non delivery or potential scams.
